Record a payment

Pays the staff member picked in Report filters above. Each person has a running tally — hours worked × rate, minus payments — and the amount comes off it. Their oldest unpaid shifts up to the paid date are marked paid as far as the amount covers. Leave the amount blank to pay all unpaid shifts up to the paid date.

Add a shift

Pick day(s) plus an “Until” date to create a repeating weekly series. Press Edit on a row below to change a single shift.

Send a roster

Sends the staff member chosen in Add a shift above their roster, so they can accept it, propose new hours, add a shift, or comment. Copy schedule + link = their next 2 weeks of shifts plus the link · Copy link only = just the link · Email it sends it directly (needs email set up).

Staff can propose new hours or add their own shifts. Anything needing your sign-off shows Approve / Reject — approving a change applies the proposed hours; approving a staff-added shift confirms it.

Add staff

Pre-add staff so you can schedule them before they log in. They get access when they first sign in with this email.

Edit an hourly rate in place — it saves when you leave the field.
